The Gemmological Institute of America(GIA), is a laboratory that is highly recognised for their uniform grading system for diamonds, natural gemstones and pearls, and has set the standard internationally since 1931. 

With a GIA certification, you can have full trust in what you are purchasing and know that your diamond has been graded correctly to the the most highest of standards worldwide. There are other grading laboratories, however GIA is regarded the highest, toughest and most trusted.
